Our work

Ideas built to last.

Every initiative we manage is designed from the ground up to create genuine, lasting opportunity for Australians. Here is how we approach it.

How we work

From insight to impact.

We don't pick up someone else's half-finished idea. Every initiative we take on starts with rigorous research and ends with a managed, living product that keeps delivering value.

01

Research

We start with the problem, not the solution. Deep research into the gap, the audience, and the landscape before a single dollar is committed.

02

Business case

Every idea is stress-tested with a full business case — market sizing, revenue modelling, risk assessment, and a clear path to sustainability.

03

Product strategy

We define the product vision, feature set, and roadmap. No bloat, no vanity features — only what genuinely serves the end user.

04

Professional engagement

We bring in the right people — designers, developers, legal, and compliance specialists — all funded from within, all aligned to the mission.

05

Build & launch

The product is built, tested, and launched with care.

06

Ongoing management

We don't walk away at launch. We manage, iterate, and grow each initiative — measuring real-world impact and reinvesting the returns.

Our first initiative

Yesterday.

Earn while you travel. Send anything, anywhere.

The problem we set out to solve

Born out of frustration.

The idea for Yesterday came from a simple, shared frustration: sending and receiving parcels in Australia costs too much, takes too long, and rarely delivers on what's promised, especially in rural areas. The traditional courier model is broken, and everyday Australians are paying for it.

At the same time, we noticed something else. Every day, thousands of commuters, trucks, cars, and caravans travel across this country, potentially already going where parcels need to go. That capacity was sitting idle, untapped, and unpaid.

Add to that the pain Australians are feeling from the rising cost of living, fuel prices making commuting for work, let alone holidays becoming unaffordable, and people were required to do without. Then the opportunity became clear. What if travel could pay for itself? Whether it was commuting for work, travel, or as a standalone income.

What Yesterday does

A marketplace for people already on the move.

Yesterday is a peer-to-peer delivery marketplace that connects people who need to send something with people who are already travelling that route. Caravanners, retirees, truck drivers, DIDO workers, permeant / part-time / casual employees commuting, people with different abilities, unemployeed, anyone with a vehicle can earn.

Deliverers are not employees of Yesterday. They are their own boss, working on their own terms, setting their own limitations, selecting their own jobs, and earning income that fits around their life. Whether it's a full-time income stream or something extra on a road trip, Yesterday makes it possible.

The model

Simple, fair, and sustainable.

For Deliverers

$10 / month

A flat monthly subscription. That's it. No commissions, no per-delivery cuts, no hidden fees. Deliverers keep everything they earn.

For Senders

5% service fee

Anyone can send anything. A small service fee on each delivery maintains the platform and, true to our model, funds the next initiative.

Who it's for

Built for everyone with a vehicle.

Caravanners & retirees

Turn your next road trip into an income stream. Deliver along your existing route and offset the cost of travel.

Full, part & casual employees

Earn around your existing schedule. Yesterday works with your hours, not against them.

DIDO & truck drivers

You're already on the road. Make those kilometres work harder for you with deliveries along your regular run. No more dead kilometres.

Unemployed & job seekers

A genuine, flexible income stream with no employer, no roster, and no minimum hours. Start earning on your own terms.

People with different abilities

Yesterday is designed to be accessible. If you have a vehicle and the ability to drive, you can participate. You select your own work within your capabilities.

Anyone with a vehicle

If you drive or ride, you can use the app. Yesterday is open to every Australian who wants to earn more from the kilometres they already cover or as a standalone income stream.

Launch - 1 DEC 2026

Sydney first. Then everywhere.

Yesterday launches in Sydney — Australia's most connected city — before rolling out nationally. Every suburb, every highway, every route. If you're already on the road, there's a delivery waiting for you.

Our philosophy

Continuous improvement. Compounding impact.

The Yesterday Group operates on a single, powerful principle: every solution we build funds the next one. There are no outside investors, no grants, no external capital. Just a disciplined cycle of delivering value and reinvesting the returns.

This model means we are accountable to outcomes, not optics. If an initiative doesn't deliver genuine value to Australians, it doesn't generate the returns that fund the next idea. Our incentives are perfectly aligned with the people we serve.

Over time, this compounds. Each initiative is stronger than the last — better resourced, better informed, and built on the lessons of everything that came before it.

"We only pursue ideas we genuinely believe in, because our ability to fund the next opportunity depends entirely on delivering real value with the current one."
